What is an external digital department (CTO as a Service)?
It's an external professional who takes responsibility for your company's entire digital side: website, software, automation, AI, network and security. They set priorities with you, coordinate other suppliers and do most of the work directly.
Which businesses is it right for?
SMEs without an in-house IT department, or with one person buried in requests, who today chase a different supplier for every problem. If digital is central to your work but you don't want to hire a team, this is the right model.
How does the monthly fee work?
The fee covers ongoing management (updates, backups, support, checks) and an agreed amount of work. Bigger projects, like new management software, are quoted separately, always before starting.
Do I have to replace the suppliers I already have?
No. We start from what's already there: what works stays, and I act as the single point of contact with the other suppliers too. Only what costs too much or doesn't work gets replaced, and you decide.
What happens if I have an urgent problem?
You have one direct contact, via WhatsApp, email or phone: no tickets, no switchboard. Response times for emergencies are set in the monthly fee.
How much does it cost compared to hiring?
