Yes, but 5 minutes at most at a time. If the video is longer, you set the start point and the length of the part you need; to get all the audio you can extract several parts one after another, moving the start point each time.

What quality is the MP3?

You choose between 128, 192 and 320 kbps: the higher the value, the better the quality and the bigger the file. You can turn on a fade over the last 2 seconds, so the audio fades out instead of cutting off abruptly. You listen to the preview before downloading.
